Additional Rate Information

Prices are our standard nightly rates for single or double occupancy. They vary with time of year, type of stay, and during holidays and special events. Extra beds, persons, and taxes are additional. A 12% state occupancy tax applies.

$99-$189 - Winter mid-week rates - November to March

Suites $199 to $325. Sleeps 4 persons - Weekend Rates Suites include adjoining bedroom and private dining area & kitchen with full appointments - large window seat, comfortable TV room, beamed ceiling and fireplace in Safari.

Weekly rate @ $69.00 per night - based on 14 day stay - January thru March. Exclude holidays.

Monthly Rates @ $59.00 per night - based on 30 day stay - taxed only on 1st 30 days - January thru March. Exclude holidays.

All those bay windows planned by the Host Architect and designer and Raquel, a Californian who worked for a Park Avenue Interior Design Firm, furnished eclectically, with drapes and lace and Mediterranean, equestrian and safari themes. Some Long Wharf actors stay for months. Theatergoers and Yale visitors love this place. Corporate guests come for overnight or for small conference.
