	Full deposit is required, two night minimum stay.
	Our apologies, but no credit cards are accepted.
	Personal checks, or cash is appreciated.
	No pets, please. Regretfully no children under 14.
	Smoking outside on grounds only.
	Check in after 3pm.
	Check out before 11am.
