Payment and Cancellation Policy:

Payment in full is charged to your credit card 14 days prior to arrival.  We accept most major credit cards.  Payment by check or cash must be received within five days of booking and no less than 14 days prior to arrival.  Cancellations with less than 14 days notice will be refunded to the extent we are able to rebook the room less a 10% processing fee.
For Holidays, Holiday and Special Event Weekends and reservations of two or more rooms, or for five or more nights, payment in full is required 30 days prior to arrival date and 30 days notice of cancellation is required.  Cancellations with less than 30 days notice will be refunded  to the extent that we are able to rebook the room less a 10% processing fee.
