Now you can start to display that special Hospitality Gene of yours right on your Web site! Make it easy - both for you and the guest - to find out if you have rooms-available for their travel dates - on-line!

And you're in control - over how the information is displayed - what level of information the guest has access to - whether to tell the guest if you don't have any availability - whether to suggest alternative open dates that are available - or whether to refer the guest to another nearby Innkeeper who has rooms available.

This is NOT A RESERVATION SYSTEM. No commissions! YOU still speak with your guests and control the booking. This room-availability Assistant is always working hard (24/7) to make certain that you get the chance (to speak with the guest).

Here are some options that are available to you:

  1. Guests can use a customized availability inquiry form that looks like an extension of your web site.
  2. You can select how you want to maintain your availability information (room-by-room, by room type, or just one general availability calendar).
  3. You can decide how to display your availability information. Allow guests to view your availability calendar or only provide information about specific requested dates with an on-screen message and an email to the guest.
  4. Each Innkeeper can decide how many weeks of availability information they are interested in maintaining. The system has a flexible and expandable calendar feature. This means that each Innkeeper can decide to set their Availability Calendar for any time period from 4 weeks to 6 months in 3 week time segments - 4 weeks, 7 weeks, 10 weeks, 13 weeks, 16 weeks, etc, etc. You get the idea.
  5. You can decide how the system responses when the dates inquired about are unavailable - several options are available for you.
    1. A response that suggests alternative dates (when you do have rooms available) around the dates that were requested.
    2. A neutral response "Thank you the Innkeeper will get back to you soon" The email to the guest can have customized text provided to us by the Innkeeper.
    3. The "Sorry no rooms available" response can check the availability amongst other nearby participating B&B's and suggest alternatives - this also helps you in return when other participating Innkeepers are full - you'll get the referrals.
  6. The system always sends emails to inquiring guests confirming their availability request when the desired dates are available. These thank you emails include the description of the accommodation requested and can be customized if desired with text and hyperlinks provided by the Innkeeper.
  7. Our system always sends a thank you email to the guest even when the dates requested are unavailable. You can also opt to have the email suggest alternative dates and or you can include a hyperlink to any other Innkeeper's site, group site or B&B Association page
