Based on double occupancy:
Courtyard Cottage - $150 per night
Garden Suite - $125 per night
Upstairs Suite - $175 per night
Each additional person in the upstairs suite is $25.00 per night.

We are a non-smoking home.

Children over 12 are welcome.

There is a $50 per night/per person fee for unregistered guests.

Checkin: Assisted check-in is between 2-6 PM. After that arrangements will be made. Check-out is by 11 AM. 

Cancellation Policy: Once a reservation is taken, there is a $10 processing fee for any cancellation. Our cancellation policy is 7 days (3 weeks for holidays and special events). If a reservation is cancelled within 7 days and we are unable to rebook it, there is a one night's lodging fee charged to your credit card. If we are able to rebook, there is only the $10 processing fee charged.
Das Garten Haus is a member of the Historic Accomodations of Texas, Texas Hotel and Lodging Association, the Gillespie County Historical Society, and Fredericksburg Traditional Bed and Breakfasts.
Directions: We are located one half mile south of Main St. on S. Washington (Hwy 87 S). We are directly across the street from the Nest Restaurant.
